Evergreen At Home has part-time caregiver positions open on the day and p.m. shifts including every other weekend. Applicants with home care experience or CNA certification are preferred, however, candidates with a passion for providing exceptional service to older adults in their homes will be offered the opportunity to receive caregiver training. Since caregivers are serving older adults in the community, candidates must have their own vehicle for transportation, a valid WI drivers license, auto insurance and an acceptable driver record.

Job Requirements
  1.  High school diploma or GED
  2.  Ability to work independently
  3.  Valid state of Wisconsin driver's license
  4.  Acceptable motor vehicle record
  5.  Valid personal auto insurance

Learn the skills needed as a caregiver with Evergreen's Caregiver Training Program! Receive hands-on and classroom education while learning how to provide care to people in their own homes. Enhance your skills in family caregiving or prepare for a potential career in health care.

       $30 book fee upon enrollment. Class is free.
  Certificate of course completion
       Attendance required all three days to receive certificate of course completion
       to share with potential employers.
