About Evergreen At Home

Evergreen At Home is a provider of home services for older adults aged 55 and older in Winnebago County. The goal of Evergreen At Home is to provide the assistance and services needed to help people age in place in their own homes. 

Services and programs are brought to you by Evergreen, provider of outstanding care and programs in the Oshkosh area for more than 40 years. Being a client of Evergreen At Home does not guarantee later admission to residency on the Evergreen campus. If residency is desired, a more comprehensive assessment would have to be completed to determine if residency would be appropriate.

Both Evergreen and Evergreen At Home are non-profit organizations receiving support from generous donors through the Evergreen Foundation.
